Tim Reimink is a co-founder, Managing Director, and Chief Compliance Officer of Bastion Management II LLC. Tim co-heads Portfolio Monitoring and is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to Bastion, Tim was a Director at GSI USA, where he worked in business development and originated and structured over $4 billion in investments. Prior to GSI, Tim was an Associate at Bear Stearns in the investment banking division. Prior to this role, Tim was an Associate at Pricewaterhouse. Tim holds a B.S. and an MBA from Indiana University.
